Delivery

Your lamps and lights are sent via DPD. We are currently working on the possibility of sending them via the Czech Post as a Parcel Delivery To Hand. This option should be operational soon.

We are pleased to supply goods abroad on your request with Delibarry. If you are interested in such a delivery, please contact us on info@claro.cz. We can surely agree on a suitable solution.

Free delivery for orders over CZK 2,000.

Delivery options:
Home delivery (PPL; CZK 119)

After the release of your parcel from our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number through which you will know exactly where your light is.

The goods can be picked up at our showroom at Národní 27, Prague.

Payment

Online card payment and payment in cash during a pick-up at the showroom is possible.
